If you were looking for a simple everyday tools like a pdf converter or an office backup system then Bodrag would be the place for you. Though i must admit, I am skeptical about why, in this market of open source products and freely available tools, anyone would pay $40 for a PDF converter.
That being said there are a few products which one might need. Take for example their RAM booster software for $25. Offering some great features like multiple real time monitors and various optimization methods to lower your RAM usage.
